I wanted to share with you all the workout I did today.
Some of you know I am doing the “Master Pushups & Ab Challenge” where each day (including one rest day) we do as many pushups as we can (the toughest we can for the most we can do and then the next toughest for the most we can do) and then a different ab workout(s) each day. It is awesome!!
I have been doing like 10 squats a day as well, but that’s just what I typically do, so that is a given.
I also usually workout a couple times a day during breaks or such, but today was busy so I only could do one “break” time for them.
So here are the workouts I did today and the amounts of each:
10 leg raises
10 leg raised circles
10 flutter kicks
30 second plank
30 second push-up plank
20 toe pushups
10 knee pushups
So there you have it!
I was exhausted after doing all those ab workouts, but it was amazing and I loved the burn!!
